Abuse of Copyright
Have just spotted photos of my property -
Darnick Tower, near Melrose - on your site,
where you have indicated that you hold
copyright. Who gave you permission to take
these photographs as you obviously trespassed
into the garden to take them? If you wish to
maintain copyright you will have to pay a fee
for the right to use photographs of my property
on your site. In future, if you wish to take
further photographs you must seek my permission.
